Firstly, I'd like to apologize for how late this email is. It took me far too long to finalize plans because of miscommunications with other organizations. I promise I will work diligently to keep you more informed from now on.
That being said, tomorrow, Saturday, December 8, 2012, we will be meeting at St. John's at 8:15 am. We will be leaving around 8:45 am to head to Harvest Hope. We will be working from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and then returning to St. John's to pick anyone up who decided not to attend Harvest Hope. There is a change in plans for Harvest Hope: I have been approved as of today to bring all EYC ages to the event! That means 6th through 12th grade! Also, please remember to wear closed toe shoes, and long pants.
Another change is that we will be going to Frankie's Fun Park instead of Great Wolf Lodge. My apologies for this, but the circumstances were out of my hands. EYC will be covering the cost of Frankie's Fun Park. We will arrive back at St. John's from Harvest Hope at 1:15 pm, and will be leaving for Frankie's, from St. John's, around 1:40 pm. As I said, EYC will pay for each kid's admission, but food will not be included, and neither will tokens for the arcade. We will be leaving Frankie's at 6:00 pm, and will be back at St. John's around 6:30 pm. Again, Friends are always welcome to come along to both Harvest Hope and Frankie's Fun Park. The admission to Frankie's will include:
- Four Attraction Passes of your choice for each kid: (Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Drop Zone, Fun Slide, Rock Wall or Laser Tag)
- $2.50 in Arcade Fun Money
We are looking for adult chaperones, and will be taking the St. John's bus to both places. Over 20 occupants, and other's will have to drive as well.
There will be no EYC on Sunday, because we are spending most of the day together tomorrow.

Head back to St. John's, leave for Frankie's Fun Park 1:40 pm - 6 pm, 140 Parkridge Drive Columbia, SC 29063
Pick up at 6:30 pm.
