Beach Trip!

We had a great time at the beach. The wind was crazy, the waves were huge, and everyone got a bit of sun! We took a few pictures. Check out the slide show below. I've got a waterproof digital camera, so it was good fun getting shots out in the water. Jordan dropped the camera on the way back to shore, and Pierce saved the day by finding it on the bottom. Hallelujah!



I wish I had taken more pictures, but bocce ball, good food, wave jumping, and great company filled the day. We missed you if you weren't able to come.

St. John's Youth and Home Works

So, we just got back from the Junior High Home Works Mission trip to Augusta, and let me say...it rocked! Go here to check out our youth mission blog. It has some pics and lets you know what we did each day. We'll try to do the same for each of the other two trips as well (internet access willing).

Thanks to Steve McMillan and Hope Komar for going along with us and providing great adult leadership and guidance. They were awesome! We think every adult parishioner should go on the Junior High mission trip. It would surprise you how great they work and behave.
